Overall, this training will be of greatest benefit to the school or nonprofit staff responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers. And, some sections are relevant for anyone interacting with volunteers.

The training consists of six modules that can be covered in about 50 minutes, allowing additional time to do a brief self evaluation and set priorities.
